Congratulations to Emma Cawood. Her poster “Identifying small molecule modulators of amyloid formation’’ won first prize for the third year Wellcome Trust PhD students at the FBG Postgraduate Symposium.

Emma has been pursuing her research as part of a collaboration with Prof Sheena Radford FRS for 18 months now, and her project is really starting to fly – this prize recognizes the innovative and technically challenging nature of her multidisciplinary research.
